Here a breakfast challenge for all those who like challenges out there!
NO OATS (oatmeal, granola) NO EGGS AS A MAIN (scrambled, poached, fritta etc.) NO YOGURT, NO SMOOTHIES oh and GLUTEN FREE/LOW CARB (no rice cakes, bread etc.)

And go... waiting

Gluten free pancakes/waffles.
I often make baked potatoes /sweet potatoes.
I give them veggy soup.
Leftovers from night before
Gluten free cracker with a spread

Banana and rice flour pancake
Cottage cheese pancake

Coconut flour banana muffins (I have a great recipe but has eggs. Can u not have eggs or just dont want as a main)
Sweet potato flourless muffins (I have a great recipe but has peanut butter)
Toasted coconut with mixed nuts and dried fruit. Can be added to milk if allowed
Stir fry with veggies
Greek salad
Sausages or beef jerky
Soup
Bananas and peanut butter
Almond butter with apples
Sweet potato souffle
Butternut squash souffle
Cottage cheese (is dairy ok?) And fruit

Ahh, I do this kind of breakfast all the time. I just don't eat breakfast LOL

I do a bowl of fruit/melon-topped with nuts on occasion
GF Crackers and Chummus
(this is delicious-) Buckwheat with Cottage Cheese and a sliced Banana

!Banana Pancakes!
1 Ripe Banana
2 Eggs
-Mash banana (not to perfection)
-Beat eggs with fork till smooth
-Stir all together & make yummy, healthy pancakes!!! Best when eaten Fresh Smile
!Cottage cheese!
Bowl of Cottage cheese
Add in either cut up veggies OR cut up fruit of your liking!

Dinner leftovers. I'm not joking. I do that when I'm not in the mood for eggs. I had meatballs and pumpkin soup the other day.

Or sardines/tuna and green beans (I defrost frozen green beans in the microwave with some garlic powder and salt...)

Most GF stuff is junk and loaded with rice etc. Anything sweet for breakfast e.g. bananas is a bad idea as it will just set you up for sugar cravings and blood sugar swings. You don't want to have faux grains either. Why not just have protein and veg? Much better for you and will keep you going longer. Add in some healthy fat too! 1/2 avocado/olive oil/coconut oil/coconut milk...

Hot buckweat (fine granulation)drizzled with cinnamon and maple syrup....topped with craisins and walnuts.....mmmmm!

a salad with nuts, avocado, cooked sweet potato, etc.

I would not be able to face meat in the morning.

Cottage cheese. Other dairy products you are able to have.

Plain fruit.

tuna, mayo and lettuce.

smoked salmon.

I'm off all those things at the moment too, plus more, and generally have a grapefruit and some nuts for breakfast.
