Don't ask me why but we have 3 packages of vanilla and one package of chocolate Kedem tea biscuits. We don't actually care for them but I'd love to find something to make with them. Any ideas?

Israeli-style cheesecake! It's hard to find graham crackers here- the more common crust is made of crushed tea biscuits.

No bake cheese cake. I don't have the recipe but the crackers get mushy and blend in with the cheese mixture.

crush in food processor or by hand (in ziploc with a hammer) - use in trifle - layer duncan hines or any chocolate cake crumbled, whipped cream, biscuits

or use as sweet topping on chicken (instead of cornflakes or bread crumbs)?

Use them to make ice cream sandwiches. Coat the edges of the sandwiches with crushed Oreos or nuts, then freeze.

crush them, mix with a little melted butter or margerine, press onto bottom of pie dish, and use as you would a graham cracker crust.

Great in triangle no bake cheese cake too. (my favourite cheese cake recipe ever.)

Ice cream sandwiches. A layer of biscuits in a pan, a layer of ice cream, and another layer of biscuits.

I knew you ladies would have great ideas! Will save one package for a life preserver in case of bad weather this year but will definitely try some of the others. Any recipes? Never made rum balls or a no bake cheesecake.
