My older DD just outgrew Old Navy and Gap's toddler section which goes till size 5T but my younger daughter still needs size 3/4.
Where can I order matching clothes for cheap?
I know H&M might work because it goes from 1.5 till 10 or so. Where else?

I hope you mean "matching for fun when it works out" not "matching every single day because that's how frum people do it." Because while making an effort for the former is one thing, making it for the latter is totally pointless.
Some companies have similar but not identical items in each size grouping, that might be easier to manage. Hanna Andersson has most items in the sizes you want, but obviously a little more expensive. Carters has plenty of overlap between the toddler and girl sections too.

Oh BH, we got around to the judgy comment too.
I make it my business to have one matching outfit for my girls every season. I don't spend more to match them, but I do enjoy when they are dressed alike.
I am so sorry that this frum meshugas irks you.
