I found that dabbing rubbing alcohol on a qtip and pressing it directly on the canker sores stops the throbbing pain rite away

Try switching toothpastes. Sls causes canker sores, you want sls free toothpaste. Tons of Maine makes it and a brand called Squiggle.
I've heard of the alum too. There's a product called abreva- expensive and tiny tube but works like magic to take away the pain. It lasts a long time bc you only use a little each time...

Do you know where in Israel I can get this tooth paste? Or any of the other remedies mentioned?
Im still in a lot of pain but BH slightly better than yesterday

Rinse with diluted peroxide (be careful not to swallow!) or dab iodine on it with a qtip. Works for me!

I think you can get Oracort or an equivalent here but you need a prescription.

I don't know about buying the toothpaste in Israel. It's sold online- search squiggle toothpaste you'll see many buying options.
It's worth it for the long run, really lessens the frequency of getting them. You can probably also go to any health food store and get any brand that makes sls free. I'm sure there are other brands

I get cankers all the time. I have tried everything, and the best treatment for me has been swishing some pure coconut oil on them. I don't know how it works, but it does.
