I had to call the airlines to change my ds's ticket due to the weather. I called using skype. When they answered, they knew all about what ticket I was calling about. I didn't say anything beforehand. I understand if I called from a phone and I gave that number when making the ticket, but I called from skype. Any ideas?

No, not at all. When I call people through skype they tell me it either says private caller or a number they don't recognize.

computers and cell phones seem to have good memories ... I'm appalled sometimes what mine remembers
so if you called using skype - it could be connected to your reservation - perhaps via the e-mail that is connected to skype
