so if kavod habrios is accepted here than why not by teeth as well ... albeit smelly breath might not be as offensive as smelly bodies - but I am embarrassed by food stuck on people's teeth

& yes my queries are serious

Muktza and melacha are 2 different things. Dirty diapers are muktza because they are in the category of things that have no use on Shabbos. The principles of this category of muktza include the provision that if something has no use but it is disgusting, you may remove it. No melacha involved.
