Haha. I'll try to find one when I'm on the computer.

Years ago, and I'm talking decades, when snoods were popular, they used to make some with foam inserted into the headband section that gave a bit of volume. But now the pre-tied tichels are popular, and their construction doesn't lend itself to adding extra volume to elongate chubby faces.
BTW, it's not just us. A couple of years ago, I read that Muslim leaders were questioning the propriety of using a volumizer under one's hijab. Apparently this has become popular in affluent Arab countries. The women interviewed in the article explained that the volumizers helped keep their hijabs in place and kept them from looking like "grandmothers." |
A good option for a rounder face is to put the tichel on an angle, and make like an inverted widow's peak -- kind of like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r81MthB1bs0

Still confused. Is it a fabric headband that covers the hairline completely? Is it some sort of thready-hair type product that I'm not catching onto?
This is what I use every day under all of my wraps. I chose a neutral black one and I love it.

It's common to wear a silk tichel with hanging ends and sheitel bangs only in the front. Many Viznitz veiblach wear that look.

Anyone know where I can get that foam liner to wear under a kerchief to give height- for that shpitzel look? In BP is there anywhere to get that. Or is there a way to imitate it and make it myself?

Is there a reason you chose ultimate shaper and not signature?

here is a selection of pretieds with height. They have foam sewn inside the front for added volume at the top. They really make all the difference on people with thinning or no hair. Besides for classic snoods and turbans which have height at the front as well, this is a great option.
