My mom ordered and it was horrible. They offer refunds if not satisfied and she returned it.

The my-pillow took a bit of getting used to when I bought it because you can feel the separate little fiber/foam pieces inside, but after a few weeks I came to love it! I even take it with me when traveling. It stays cooler than any other pillow I have owned and holds its shape well. It can be re-fluffed in a few seconds when necessary.
