I'm looking for an inspiring speaker on topics like Shalom Bayis and fulfilling one's potential.

TIA.

Chevi Garfinkel - especially the class called "Strengthening Emunah and Bitachon." I heard this class almost 10 years ago and it really, really shaped my hashkafa on difficulties in life. I've listened to it many times since and always get chizuk from it.

Perl Abramowitz has a great parenting class

Rabbi YY Rubinstein, Rabbi Zecharia Wallerstein, Rabbi Dovid Orlofsky, Rabbi Jonothan Rietti, Rebbetzin Tzipora Heller, Chevi Garfinkel...

I've been listening to Rabbis Wallerstein and Rubinstein a lot, lately. They're both excellent. Rabbi YY R's accent is so captivating, and Rabbi Wallerstein somehow always says exactly what I need to hear.

I love, love, love R' Moshe Meir Weiss. He gives a weekly parsha shiur that is full of mussar (middos), shalom bayis, and inspiration while learning things about the parsha you have never heard before.

He is AMAZING in that he has been giving these shiurim for 20+ years and never repeats himself.

Edited to add that he currently has some shiurim specifically on marriage ... well worth it.

Another vote for Esther baila Schwartz. Even though her classes might be about a specific posuk or parsha, they are very much focused on personal growth: working on our relationship with others or a specific aspect of our relationship with Hashem.

Rabbi David Ashear - he has a 3 minute lecture on daily emunah that is fantastic. If you need something quick to keep you connected it's a wonderful series.

Rabbi Viener. Highly recommend him. I don't know if his shalom bayis shiurim (spousal responsibilities, how to separate while bridging the gap, a few other "shovavim" shiurim) are there or only in his website

I love listening to Dr. Dovid Lieberman. I've gained a lot of insight regarding other people and how to deal with them effectively. Also, some understanding about yourself, what makes you react to people in certain ways, how to gain self-esteem, and meet your potential.
