Fast forward to 5 minutes and 41 seconds.
Dr. Sands pre-ordered the latest model Ferrari so that he could be the first one in his city to have one. It gets delivered while he was at work.
Alana Sands, Dr. Sands' wife, receives the delivery of a $400,000 silver Ferrari. Alana doesn't know that her husband bought it for himself. Alana thinks it's a "push present" for her, for giving birth to their youngest son. She invites all her friends to see it.
Dr. Sands invites his friends to see it. They come over and see Alana in the driver's seat. One doctor asks Dr. Sands if he can buy a second Ferrari, and Dr. Sands shakes his head no.
Dr. Sands doesn't want to ruin his wife's happiness, so he lets his wife keep it anyway.

And... what happened to sharing?
