I was very happy with Mr Eliezer Naftali (basement). My sister just used him for her kitchen and she is quite pleased, too.

Years ago I had Mr. Naftali finish my basement. I had him down for an estimate and he gave me a price that was somewhat hgher than another contractor...however the other contractor gave me an estimate saying, this is not included, and that's not included...and I came away with the feeling that he would end up raising his price all over the place. What I liked about Mr Naftali is that he stuck to his price and included little extras where needed without it being a big deal....

I used Avi Barshisa to finish a basement. Didn't do wood floors.
His price is higher, but he does an excellent job, takes a lot of pride in his work, and does it himself.

I used naftali also. His pricing is great . His work isnt the best . If you dont care than use him. I didnt want to pay the price of other contractors.. so I was happy with what I got. I would use him again.

Mr. Genuth is priced similar to other builders in Lakewood. I found that he was very honest and was able to break down the details so that there would be no extra surprises at the end- his quoted price is the price you will end up paying. He is meticulous with his work & a pleasure to deal with.
