Hi Imamothers!
Growing up, our JCC always got giant soft crumbly hamantashen from the Shalom Kosher Bakery in Silverspring, MD, and my brothers and I would fight over who got which one 
Now I have moved far away, and still dream of those hamantashen-- thick, chewy, sweet, with traditional fillings, and each one the size of your hand and all five fingers!
Does anyone know what I am talking about and have their recipe? Or a similar one?
