B"H
Looking for some yummy delicious and relatively healthy options for my shabbos table. By healthy I mean mayo free, based on whole foods. Always some wiggle room for shabbos though Let's hear it ladies! Share your favorites.

I don't really follow recipes so can't give precise amounts but some of my favorites are: kale quinoa salad with tehina Basil dressing, butternut squash with capers and green olives, roasted brocolli with lemon ( and a little sugar), roasted sweet potatoes with lime, raw zuchinni noodles with fresh basil, lemon and olive oil ( salt and garlic too), roads green beans with peppers and onions and soy sauce, corn salad with cherry tomatoes and red onion and fresh basil, fake crab salad with avacado scallions and sesame oil. As you can see I don't love Shabbos mains ( I prefer my meat fresh).

Fake crab is highly processed and not quite a "whole food".

I serve sushi salad as an appetizer with sushi rice, avocado, scallions, cucumbers, carrot shreds and salmon cooked just enough to not be raw. I serve with coconut aminos (we dont eat soy but if you do serve with soy sauce)

Instead of sugary apple crumbles:
Wash has half as many apples as needed.
Slice each apple in half, cutting across the core.
Scoop out the seeds and fill with cinnamon and oats, or a cherry, or a date (or get more creative!).
Bake at 350 until soft, around half hour-45 minutes depending on your oven.
These look so pretty as well- the skins serve as a basket.

You just thaw it and chop it up.
