I'm sorting my baby clothing and came across some nice stretchies that have formula stains.

The clothing haven't been used in 5 years. Is there any hope of getting the stains out?
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

I bought borax cleaner for my baby's stain clothes and my husband saw it and say oy no! He learn from his mother and sisters that borax is harm to baby skin. I felt so embarrassment! But my mother use it and it was ok. Wow I was ashame that he knew about this better than me.

Place 2 scoops of oxiclean in a basin. Dissolve in boiling hot water. Mix. Add garment and allow to soak overnight. Check in the morning. Once stains are out, wash in the machine as usual.

If something will irritate the skin, just rewash it after getting the stains out in the machine. I used vinegar to get out laundry soap that my child reacted to. Then to get the vinegar smell out (or subsequent washes) I used a different detergent (free and clear).
