My baby is 18 months old. He is still nursing.
He still does not sleep through the night. In fact he usually wakes up just as dh and I are turning in for the night.
He won't go back to sleep until he is warm and cosy in my bed.
This means a very disrupted sleep for me and absolutely no relations life.
Both these things are ruining my sanity.

I need help.
Any one have some advice.
should I do the cio method to sleep. He is put to sleep in mine or dhs arms.

Does he sleep in your room? Sounds like you're waking him when you go to bed.

Before I'd do cio I'd focus on night weaning.

Sounds like a lot of bad habits were created and now need to be broken

Do you want him in your room? In your Bed? Sounds like no. There are other options. We live in tight quarters but our baby sleeps in the walk in closet. Think out of the box

He doesn't need to eat overnight and is doing it out of habit and you are doing it out of desperation. You need to stop. Try offering him water when. He wakes.even better: have your husband give it to him. He won't like it but hopefully will figure out its not worth waking if he doesn't get he's the wants (milk and you)
