What do you do to "detox" after a day of Purim eating? I didn't eat a ton of sugar but usually I eat none at all except on Shabbos. I feel dreadful and it"'s Shabbos tonight!

Eat zero or minimum carbs. Lots of veggies, lots of water. If possible green smoothies with minimum fruit content. Skip the carbs and sugar this shabbos. Count calories. Good luck!

I've already planned an even heavier veggie balance this shabbos than usual (and usual is already pretty good) and am drinking lemon water but a green smoothie sounds amazing. What goes into it besides greens (I have kale)? Unfortunately it being erev shabbos I can't go out if it requires somehting I don't have in the house or at worst, on my corner.
