This post is completely for my own curiosity. Where are you located? How much do you pay in rent? How much is your mortgage? How much did you pay for your house. What kind of house /apartment do you live in?

I am living in a two bedroom 1000 sqft apt in Flatbush paying 1675 a month.

We just moved in to a very nice community in PA. Paid $135k for a 2800 sq 2-family. Our mortgage is $963 and we have a tenant who pays $750, so effectively we are paying $200 a month for a 3 br 1400 sq foot house. When the tenants lease is up we will use the whole house for ourselves.

2700 shekels for about 800 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Leaving at the end of the lease because the apartment is basically falling apart and the landlord isn't willing to see that.

Rent is $1400 (before utilities), 3 bedrooms/1.5 bathrooms, street parking only (no driveway/garage/parking lot).

3 beds, 1 1/2 baths, finished basement, stone house, fenced in backyard, was move-in condition. about $500 a month including taxes. Midwest baby!
