Maybe person is referring to small cu de sac off the woods near seasons. If that's the case it looks quite scary to me cuz its right off cedarbridge.

Behind seasons is the woods. Pretty sure it was sold out ages ago. Theres a new cul de sac thats a tiny block and its only entrance is off cedarbridge. Basically living a few feet off a highway. I know its not a highway but close to being one.

Going back to my earlier question abt tallymawr .... anyone know if it's a high maintenance type crowd? I don't want to worry abt keeping up with the Joneses, but I like the houses.

I don't know if there will be keeping up with the Jones. But I do think they want everyone to be similar. (I saw written proof of someone who was different not being welcome).

My guess is this was an informal communication. They obviously can't decide who can purchase a house in the area .
