My baby is 3 mos now (around 13lb) and my husband and I are looking for a carrier that we can both use to carry him around in. We were looking into the baby ergo, but there are a few different models and I don't know which is the best to get. Any suggestions?

Depends what your needs are. I have the 360 which allows the baby to face front ways, but to be honest I have only used this feature once or twice and it's not really recommended for a child to be front facing for too long or too often.
If you are in a warm climate maybe go with the mesh or airflow model. Organic is also probably cooler.

belolah, is there any other differences in the original and the 360 other then the forward facing? (I guess I'm mainly asking about comfort while wearing).

I have the 360 and find it very comfortable but I never tried any of the other ones to compare it to.

Possibly the waistband - in the 360 it's a thick velcro band which has pro's (more supportive) and cons (makes a noise when you take it off) but the newer models might all have this.
Where are you located? Maybe there's somewhere you can try it on?
If you're on fb there are a few babywearing groups (search babywearing Israel).

Definitely go to a store to try them on. Even better: take a babywearing class to make sure you are wearing it properly

hmm.. I never knew babywearing classes exited, I'll have to look them up! What kind if store would I be able to try them on? All of the big chain stores I've been to have had them boxed up (some of them with security protection around the boxes since they are so expensive I guess).

Where do you live? Yes they definitely exist and are money well spent since wearing a baby wrong is bad for baby and bad for you.

so- has anyone worn both the 360 and original who can tell me if either of them is more comfortable than the other? Then there's also the "performance" one.... too many choices.

Get the 360 if you see yourself wearing baby facing out. I have the 360 for that reason BUT outward facing is a lot less comfortable (for the wearer) so I only wore her that way for a few months.
