Pesachdik please
Something fool proof that is freezeable.
I made one last year. Tried a piece when it came out of the oven.
It was yum.
Froze it, and put it in the crockpot frozen for Shabbat day.
Came out tasting gross.
Not sweet at all, even though it was sweet when I tasted it fresh.
Maybe I should have just defrosted and served room temp.
Please help.

Spaghetti squash kugel should not be frozen. There is high water content in the squash.
I can't imagine it would taste too great from the crockpot either.

There was a recipe recently in Binah.
I made one up recently to get rid of leftovers based on a salt and pepper noodle kugel:
I used whatever leftover spaghetti squash I had, added sauteed onions, eggs, salt and pepper and bake at 350 until the tops sets and begins to crisp
it was delicious!

The recipe from passover made easy is very good.

Great as is but if you're looking for an even more authentic taste, use a larger pan and make the kugel very thin, so it will crisp up more.
