OK, Pesach is 3 weeks away and I hardly started!! I love the clean atmosphere -and working the last week with the kids, even the little ones. BUT__ to get started on my own is SO hard!
Where to start? How to motivate myself, especially evenings? There's always a reason to put it off , but.... oy.......

Getting motivated is hard. I find if I start with something small and easy then it helps motivate me to continue. Pick something small and manageable. Good luck!

I have found that if I do the general cleaning on a regular basis I can do the Pesach cleaning in the final week, no problem. So I'm not stressing yet. I started turning over the clothes closets to spring/summer (short sleeved tops, lightweight trousers) today...it's a process as stuff cycles through the laundry. I will do the fridge/freezer the Monday night before Pesach (because I want to shop Tuesday). I will do the living room Sunday or Wednesday, unless I have energy after shopping. Dining room is really just the table...after the "last breakfast" on Thursday morning. Kitchen Thursday night.
