Op, There are programs with a chasidishe shechita so you can totally find one that suits your needs. The Jewish Press has a lot of advertisements already regarding Pesach programs. I know lately a lot of people are shlepping to Orlando and renting a villa there for the whole yom tov- a types of people.....
