Stick the wafer rolls standing up into a scoop of ice cream.

Thanks, sounds good & easy, but I don't want to bring new ingredients into my house, I'm trying to use up what I have, I was thinking some kind of cake recipe, if such a thing exists

Maybe something like an updated tiramisu with wafers instead of biscuits?
Or trifles? With crumbled wafers (not too small so it won't get soggy), fresh fruits and whipped cream?

Thanks, I'll keep all this in mind for post Pesach-any recipes that would use flour? Would it work in a brownie or some other kind of cake?

Lol around here they just get scarfed down as is - no recipe required.
But I'm thinking you could break them into smaller pieces and use them as a top layer for any cake, or crush them and use them as a cake base. Or middle layer.
You can artfully arrange a plate with some cut up fruit and the wafer rolls. Or add them to a chocolate and nut plate.
Did I mention the part about scarfing them down whole?
