Gerald Klein, Esq in Lakewood does closings all over NJ and his office is a pleasure to deal with. 732 994 5832. Just closed with them and had a great experience.

unfortunately I don't have any recommendations :(my only recommendation is not to follow their advice blindly and if you know the other side see if you can talk to them. He told us to choose a later closing date claiming we could change it. He didn't tell the other side we were hoping to close earlier if possible. When we tried to change it, the other side was like if you had told us a few days earlier we would have been thrilled but at this point we already signed up our kids for camp... We ended up owning two house at the same time Sad. we sold our house to a high school friend so after that we just worked things out directly. The lawyer was just a formality though I don't think he realized.

Definitely don't use Rubin and Dombeck. Totally messed up my closing with major repurcussions.

Louis Chapman is very knowledgable and we've used him a few times for different real estate transactions. Highly recommended.

I had a good experience with Rubin and Dombeck. I used David Flamholz. Very good to work with.
