I'm looking for something to do with a couple of cans of tuna, besides just adding mayo. If it has mayonnaise in it, that's fine, but looking for something just a bit more fancy or unusual. Any ideas? Thanks!

I like to make tuna quesadillas. Google has plenty of recipes, but I like to make it simple with just mozzarella and tuna (with mayo.) You can use wraps instead of tortillas. Its delicious.

My husband likes tuna, mayo and corn.

But I like:,
Tuna
Hard boiled eggs mashed like for egg salad
Pickle relish, or cut pickles
And u can add celery if u like, cut finely.
Mix with mayo.
Season with salt, pepper, onion powder. U can use garlic powdered or fresh if u like that better then onion powder...

Tuna salad with grapes and eggs, from the silver palate cookbook. (Doing this from memory, but I think this is it...) Mince and add red onion, hard boiled eggs, and halved or quartered seedless grapes to tuna and mayo. Serve on a large lettuce leaf.

That sounds good. I was going to suggest tuna wellington if you had some puff pastry.

Thanks, everyone! Went with the pretty safe bet- mayo, egg, pickle, spices. Maybe I'll be more adventurous next time. Good Shabbos!
