During the year I marinate skinless cubes chicken thighs in olive oil and spices, then cook them on my indoor grill. I don't have access to a grill on Pesach. Has anyone ever cooked these in the oven without them drying out?

Thanks. I wasn't looking for a new recipe. I would like to make it the way I always do, just not on a grill.

Not sure what you are asking. I never make them on the grill. I make them in the oven.

My point is that they can most certainly be made and kept moist in the oven. I can't speak to your recipe but the one I made in the oven certainly stayed moist

I marinate and bake all the time. (Shout out to ra_mom for the awesome recipe that my whole family loves!) The recipe sounds similar to yours - marinate in olive oil, shwarma spice, and crushed garlic, then thread onto skewers and bake at 425 for about 20 minutes. Soft, moist, delicious!

Mine too. I make them many different ways in the oven -- dry, with sauces, with apples.... and they are among the most foolproof possible meats

Sorry if I was unclear. Just need to know how long and at what temp to cook them in the oven without them drying out. Very Happy

Sautee a few onions sliced and if you use garlic add in until golden then put in cubed chicken cutlets from bottoms - add spices - if you don't use on Pesach schwarma or cumin put in Salt pepper pepper paprika - can be just some salt continue sautéing until done. Freezes very well
