This will be my first seder that I'm making and I cannot find a recipe for chicken bottoms baked or cooked in liquid not its own. Any ideas?

I like chicken marabella ( can use prunes and olives and skip the capers for pesach) or forty clove garlic chicken or chicken with lemon, garlic and fresh thyme or rosemary and honey

Fry an onion
When browned add chicken bottoms skin side down. Shake pot to avoid sticking and fry until brown skin. Add salt pepper (paprika if you use, dried parsley if you use) and 1/8 cup wine and 1/8 cup grape juice and 1/8 cup water (you can do all grape juice or grape juice and water only you can also do coca cola or orange juice if you want a different flavor).
Cover and simmer 30+ minutes until cooked.

Same as I do every Shabbos (eventhough in theory I think it's not the best to cook with sugar)
Ketchup
Brown sugar
Sweet red wine (dry can work)
OR vinegar
Water
Garlic powder
Paprika
Mixture should thick
Pour on sauce bake for 2 hours on 375/200, until chicken is super soft, although if you're putting on plata for hours you may want to bake a drop less. I have seen this type of recipe called Friday nite chicken
