I'm all menu'd out! Done! Can't think past yaptzig for Shabbos lunch. Having a lot of company for that meal and I'm stumped! Have been through all my pesach recipes and need some fresh ideas. Anyone have a good salmon for Shabbos lunch? Salads?

Some ideas: cucumber salad with dill, carrot salad with lemon and cilantro, marinated mushrooms, health salad, red cabbage mandarin orange salad, Quinoa tabouli,

You can make your regular all year round salads.
Some ideas, broccoli craisin salad, cole slaw, cucumber salad, portobello spinach salad, hearts of palm salad, potato salad, quinoa salad, cauliflower rice, zucchini spaghetti salad, gingered beet salad, marinated rainbow salad.
