I find that I tolerate the pasta, but I don't love it. I find it doesn't work well with my "Basic" pasta recipes--basically sauce and cheese. Can anyone recommend recipes that work well with Brown rice pasta?

Which brand are you trying? I find the barilla and ronzoni taste like regular pasta. I use the Trader Joes and Tinkyada as well with my regular recipes.
The geffen ones that are sold in the kosher aisle are good for chinese food.

Pastariso and Dellalo. I got it in rotini shape, my kids don't like the texture--too hard.

I use Goldbaums and love it. I use it to put under meat sauce, sloppy joe, cabbage and noodles, etc

I only use Goldbaums. No white pasta here for the past 6 years. I use it only in hot dishes. Cold like in salads we dont like it. Otherwise we all love it big n small. Baked ziti, spaghetti as lo mein, elbows with cooked chicken sauce, elbows wifh melted cheese, spral with cabbage. Its endless.

I fry mushroom and onion in a separate pot with LOTS of spices. I then add it to Goldbaums brown rice pasta. It's yummy as a side dish.
