It's so pretty.
She can wear it with a white skirt for a summery look, like the model is showing, or any dark neutral color like grey, navy or black.
If you want to add color, look for any floral or printed skirt that has this shade of yellow in it.

I like mustard and grey and mustard and navy. It can also be really cool with eggplant. Unless she is very very skinny, I would opt for a straight skirt. I am imagining a straight eggplanty-wine colored sweater materialed skirt

The printed/floral skirts are very in now. It would look very pretty with a printed that has some mustard in it.
