I am making the salmon pasta from last weeks Mishpacha. Other nights this week were homemade pizza and soup, sweet and sour eggplant over quinoa, frozen gnocchi with feta cheese.

Did salmon and sweet potato pie yesterday.

What's the frozen gnocchi and feta recipe? I don't think I can get it together tonight but sounds yummy!

Lasagna. The leftovers I use for a ready made melava mamma! We had veggies as a side, were not such big eaters, usually full after lasagna, but wanted to add something healthy!

Store bought chicken shnitzel, oven baked.
Carrot, zucchini, and potato kugel.
Fresh papaya and watermelon for dessert.

Tomorrow will be baked salmon, chicken soup, steamed broccoli, quinoa salad, and more fruit for dessert.

Shabbos lunch will be curried turkey, assorted salads and dips, with crusty Italian bread.

Third meal, leftover salmon, parve salads, and ice cream for dessert. Ice cream

Teriyaki trout and brown rice. I usually serve at least one veggie with my meals but not in Thursday night! We are lucky to be having dinner.

What's the sweet and sour eggplant? Sounds like something I might try. Care to share? Thanks

my fastest dinner is baked salmon, tater tots, broccoli baked on sheet pans at 400 for about 20 min.

or chicken thighs baked with cubed potato, roasted cauliflower.

or a stirfry with chicken and frozen or fresh veggies soy/teriyaki sauce. serve over rice (I have rice cooker)

bbq- chicken or meat grilled, oiled and salted zucchini grilled, microwave a potato for 5-7 minutes, brush it with oil and salt and grill it as well. grilled corn.

This past week we had:
Sunday-shabbos leftovers
Monday-breaded baked tilapia and cauliflower rice/couscous for the kids
Tuesday-salsa crockpot chicken with baked sweet potato "chips"
Wednesday-homemade potato blintz
Thursday-noodles and cheese (this is what we have every Thursday night as that's when I cook for shabbos and I don't have time to make dinner and shabbos at the same time).
