I have a self cleaning oven. I clean out the bigger pieces, put it on medium self clean cycle (3 hours). Once done I wipe the inside down well. I do not kasher the oven racks. I have a separate rack for Pesach.

I know people who don't. They have a separate Pesach oven they bring up from storage and put away their year round oven. Personally we just run a self clean cycle (sometimes 2 times if it's really dirty) with the racks inside and good to go.

We have a nice fleishig toaster oven for Pesach, and don't do cooked dairy.
I store my every day fleishig pans in the regular oven, and then tape the whole thing shut.

Why are you anon for this? But I ask because I had a woman over on shabbos who is not lubavitch, but she said she cleans her house for shabbos with the lubavitch minhagim (whatever that means) and one of the things is she said was that they blowtorch the inside of their oven to kasher it (no selfcleaning ovens here) and since there have been cases where they made a hole in the oven, she doesn't kasher her oven for pesach and doesn't use it. I was wondering if that's the norm.
