I am looking for a physical therapist in Lakewood, NJ for my 15 year old daughter who can help with back strengthening exercises. I would prefer someone who accepts United Healthcare Community Plan, but other names are also helpful.

Meyer Rotberg or Eileen at First Rehab are excellent but don't take Jersey Care. Children's Specialized hospital in Tom's River probably accepts UHC. Hatzlacha

Children's specialized has two locations in toms river and a few fantastic therapists. They do accept jersey care and are considered top of the line and experienced. You need a doctors prescription for pt though. You can post any questions or I can pm you if you need more information
