As far as I know it is a litvish development - it was completed before chassidim began moving in to Lakewood.
ETA: And it's called Beacon Ridge.

No beacon ridge is a development and beacon hill is an area in toms river. I know this because I always see beacon hill advertised in the bp.
Good luck op I don't know a person that actually moved there.

Beacon hill is a neighborhood in Lakewood, near the Toms river border. There are 5 streets in the neighborhood. It's a mixture of Yishvish, American and some Belz family's.
The street names are Belgian hill, Swiss mountain dr, Isabella Dr, Hanna Dr and Tamara ct.

I didn't realize that neighborhood had a name. I know some people who live there - all litvish.

Why aren't chasidishe people buying there? The prices are very good compared to the ones being offered in other places? This question is for chasidishe people
What's holding them back? It's close enough to chasidishe neighborhoods around and to harmony
Can it be because they don't have rentals? And there r no groceries around? How r the chasidishe people in harmony managing? Anyone can clarify? Should I move this to chasidishe velt?
