I have extra lemon pie filling, I used some for a lemon cheesecake mousse. Any ideas on what I can do with the rest of the can?

Cinnamon danishes with a spoonful of pie filling in the middle of each danish. Yummm! Assuming it is canned filling, there are enough preservatives in the filling to just stick it in the fridge until you are ready to make them.
