Trying to get a head start on Yom Tov. (Large family, many meals, etc.)

I cooked them shells and filled them with the cheese mixture. The recipe says to put sauce on the bottom and top of them and sprinkle cheese.
I'd prefer to do that now and bake now as well and just have to warm them up on Yom Tov.

What's best -
1. I can freeze as is (filled but no sauce and cheese in the pan)
2. I can add the sauce and cheese and then freeze, but still not baked.
3. I can add sauce and cheese and bake and then freeze.

I want to freeze before Shabbos so as not to leave in the fridge so long.

I fully assemble it, sauce and cheese, and freeze it unbaked.

If I bake it now will it not taste good?
