whats a difference if shes the plaintiff or the defendant. she needs a good accident lawyer. if you can help her that is the point.

and most certainly insurance is in if shes looking for a lawyer.

A plaintiff's PI attorney doesn't do defense work.

And not everyone has insurance, even if it is legally required.
