OP, there's a lot more to it than price per minute. There's a huge range of how much they do within that time.
For example, I used to go someone who charged $30 for 15 minutes. Within that time, she did everything: eyebrows, lip, chin and side burns.
Then I heard someone local was doing it for less ($1 per minute) and I decided to try it out. It took her 30 minutes just to do my eye brows!
So the first person was actually a much better deal.

This is a very important point. When you ask for references, (obviously the reference has to agree to be named,) make sure to ask abt efficiency
