Just curious about the division of income in most houses. I am an accountant dh in kollel. I bring in 4000 a month. Dh brings in 1000.

I make $0.00 a month. My husband brings in around $18,000 a month. Not sure of the exact amount.

How does he make 1000 a month in kollel?
I make a few hundred to a thousand a month (work only 3 hours a week) and dh makes about 300k a year.

Myself and dh have almost the exact salaries that you two do, and I'm sure you work very hard for the money that you make. Wouldn't it be nice to not have the burden of earning so much money?? I'd love for my dh to make enough so that I can quit.

dh about $700 a month , half of which goes into savings. Me about $2000 a month after taxes.

I am a Coordinator in a school and make 20k a year but going up to 24k next year. I also do real estate management in the afternoon and make another 10k. Dh is an assistant controller and makes 50k
