easier if you have group me - only one in the group needs it, the rest can use regular text
if not you can try:
Text "#new" to 47687 (GROUP) to create a new group. When you get a response, text "#add (person's name) (person's cell number)". Can also text 47687 "#help" for list of commands.

If you want to be able to send pictures to all group members then your better off just selecting I the contacts whom you want to send to and everyone replies to this same text.
