my 5 1/2 was always a great sleeper! never gave me any issues.
recently, (actually since pesach) she cannot fall asleep at night! and its driving me crazy. shes tossing and turning, turning lamps on and off ect ectt
she goes own 730/745- tried moving her bedtime later, still didnt help, I tried earlier, also didn't help.
I gave her a special night light, told her she can read, still tossing and turning, sometimes up until 10 pm!
and she is exhausted! today, we were outside from 2-630 on bikes and sprinklers, and I know shes tired, she was yawning and super cranky earlier... but shes still tossing around.
any advice?
