I need a delicious cake recipe (brownie, marble...) without any sugar or splenda, preferably using xylitol, honey etc..

Use your regular recipe and substitute the sugar with xylitol. It's substituted cup for cup.

not for baking. sugar has a scientific chemistry that xylitol doesnt have.
