This is the raw dough -- the outside won't look as pretty once it browns, I imagine...
It's pretty, but unnaturally colored food doesn't appeal to me.
If it was green from pesto or something, that would be a different matter. Yum!

If you look at the video, it retains the bright colors when cooked. There is very minimal browning on parts of the exterior of the crust but the interior is very brightly colored.
I wouldn't serve every day but I have fun with colored foods and my kids love t. It's a tradition to make a brightly colored three dimensional cake for sleepovers and then we go to a candy store that sells different candies by the pound for decorations and the girls just go wild and have such fun decorating.
