So many of my milchig recipes call for quark cheese. I live oot and can't find it anywhere. Any ideas what I can use as a substitute? thanks

Never heard of it. Are you in the US? Are the recipes from another English-speaking country? I have been stumped a few times by British cookbooks.

Is there an equivalent to גבינה לבנה in America? I really want to make the cheese cake that I used to make in Israel and I don't know what to use.

use norman's cheese. they sell israeli gvina levana in jewish supermakets
