How about vegetable lo mein? here is the recipe
1 box Linguini Pasta
1 Large Onion Diced
2 Shredded Carrots
1 Red Pepper Thinly Sliced In Strips
1 Yellow Pepper Thinly Sliced In Strips D
1/2 pound/s Snow Peas
6 tablespoon/s Oil
1/4 cup/s Soy Sauce
1/4 cup/s Sugar
Preparation
boil water and cook linguini according to package directions. saute onion and veggies in oil . add soy sauce and sugar. add a little chicken soup mix and salt and pepper to taste. cook until soft. mix with the linguini and serve warm.
has anyone made this recently? for some reason it sounds like too much sugar. can I leave it out and still be good? leaving out the carrots as I am allergic.
does anyone know of jewish company that sells linguine? or I might just buy regular spaghetti. like gefen or liebers.
assuming linguine pasta is different in taste? or can it be subbed with spaghetti?

You can use spaghetti. Heimish brands sell fettuccine but not linguine IIRC.
You may skip the sugar and a soy sauce like flavor instead of a teriyaki like flavor.
