So upset! Spent a fortune on 2 packages of bodek frozen asparagus to make just 5 portions of soup and after blending it's quite obvious that they served up the woody ends instead of the edible parts and there are woody strings all over the soup with no hope of blending. The woody strings won't tear with my teeth or my knife so the blender sure won't get them.

Take out the woody bits and buy one bunch of asparagus and cook it separately and then add it to the soup.
