Im cooking for a bunch of people this shavuos.
I need some very easy main & side dishes that dont take too much time to prepare.
Please share your favorite, easiest recipe.

Prep and season everything then stick in the oven to cook. Keep a running list of what time eat item went in and when each one has to be taken out.
Things you can make in the oven: oven crusted gefilte fish, baked salmon, white rice brown rice wild rice, farfel, baby potatoes, cubed sweet potatoes, roast beef, spare ribs, minute steak, chicken capons, rotisserie chicken, chicken cutlets, meatballs, meatloaf, green beans, asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli kugel...
