Hi, I usually grill the cutlets on the george foreman. But I have a small george foreman and a lot of cutlets to grill. We still have not taken out the outdoor grill.
Can I grill them in the oven? On broil? How does it compare to the George foreman in terms of the end product?

You cannot grill them in the oven. You can roast or broil them in the oven. They will not have grill marks. I like broiling boneless chicken thighs- I don't like broiled chicken breasts as much but will do it if I'm in a rush. They are very easier to overdo- watch the time if you don't want them to dry out.

I broil chicken all the time in the oven. It does splash, however, and can cause your smoke detector to go off.
I do cutlets and chicken on the bone (both light and dark):
spray with olive oil spray (or pam or whatever) one side. put on a sprinkling of onion and garlic pwdr and a light drizzle of black pepper. broil on this side for 15 min. Flip and spray and spice and 15 min on the raw side. Finito.
If using chicken on bone, skin the chicken. I don't spray it because it has its natural fats/oils. When you flip chicken you don't have to to put spices on underside. Chicken on bone like this is AWESOME! Sometimes it needs 20 min on each side.
