I bought some last week for a recipe and still have a lot left. I'd like to use it before it goes bad. Any ideas? Thanks!

Use it in any muffin that calls for milk. I always use coconut milk in all my pareve muffins. I just dont have a specific recipe on hand right now.

What type? The carton or can? Carton use in place of any liquid in a cake recipe, especially soy or almond milk or dairy milk.
Canned I make a peanut butter ice cream with, sweetened with maple syrup.
