What streets/areas are considered Shlav A and which Shlav B? TIA!

Shlav alef= shaulzon, Chai Taib, brand, ruzhin , ibn dnan, boyan
Shlav bet= katzenelenbogen, hakablan, Agassi

Not quite sure whether the streets in between are Shlav Alef or bet - mishkelov, parnas, Zerach Barnet

Went to sem in Har Nof many moons ago, and now I'm curious: Other than street division, what's the implication of being Shlav A or Shlav B?
